As a person with a disability who has a job now, Working Healthy might be for you.
Also, for people working who need more supports to have a job, the WORK program might be for you.
WORK provides:
- help getting ready for work
- transportation
- job coaching (someone to teach you skills for getting and keeping a job)
- assistive technology (tools or devices that help you do tasks)
- case management
Since you have a job now, the STEPS program might be also be an option for you:
STEPS provides:
- job skills training
- independent living skills
- Community Support Coordinator (case management)
- Transportation
- And others!
