As a person with a disability who has a job now, Working Healthy might be for you.

Also, for people working who need more supports to have a job, the WORK program might be for you.

WORK provides:

  • help getting ready for work
  • transportation
  • job coaching (someone to teach you skills for getting and keeping a job)
  • assistive technology (tools or devices that help you do tasks)
  • case management

Since you have a job now, the STEPS program might be also be an option for you:

STEPS provides:

  • job skills training
  •  independent living skills
  • Community Support Coordinator (case management)
  • Transportation
  • And others!
