Evaluation of the Missouri Partnership for Hope Waiver

In cooperation with the Institute for Human Development at the University of Missouri Kansas City (UMKC) and funded by a partnership of the Missouri Association of County Developmental Disabilities Services, the Division of Developmental Disabilities, and the MO HealthNet, IHDPS staff are evaluating Missouri's Partnership for Hope waiver. Partnership for Hope (PfH) is county-based home and community-based waiver serving Missouri residents with intellectual & developmental disabilities.

Evaluation activities include analyses of Medicaid claims data to obtain baseline (pre-waiver) service utilization and costs and changes over time for PfH participants and comparisons of baseline and annual costs for participants in the PfH waiver to costs of other waiver participants over time.
